Eligibility for Refund
- You must request the refund within 14 days of your purchase.
- Refunds apply only to paid plans purchased directly through CareerCrate.io.
- We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of abuse or fraudulent claims.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email us at support@careercrate.iowith the subject line "Refund Request" and include the following details:

- The email address associated with your CareerCrate.io account
- Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or transaction ID)
- A brief explanation of why you are requesting the refund (optional)
Processing Time
Refund requests are typically processed within 5-7 business days. Once approved, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for the refund to appear on your bank statement.
Exceptions
Refunds are not available for:
- Purchases made through third-party vendors.
- Accounts that have been suspended or terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service.
- Partial refund requests beyond the 14-day period.
