Job Description

As part of our expansion, we are building a world-class automotive sales team to help leading OEMs and auto brands harness the power of Tubi’s advertising ecosystem. We have a great opportunity for someone with a strong focus on automotive digital sales to be a Senior Director Client Partner- Automotive Category West. In this new and exciting role, the Senior Director Client Partner- Automotive Category West will be a consultative sales partner, and will develop and manage key relationships.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and manage key relationships with automotive OEMs, agencies, and dealer networks to drive advertising revenue
  • Create and execute on consultative sales strategies to demonstrate how Tubi’s advertising solutions—primarily in CTV—can enhance automotive brand visibility and consumer connections
  • Lead full-funnel campaign development, helping brands drive awareness, consideration, and conversion through tailored media strategies
  • Leverage data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance and deliver measurable ROI for automotive partners
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, particularly in emerging automotive marketing technologies, consumer behaviors, and digital innovation
  • Evangelize new automotive specific ad products and partnerships as we scale our automotive advertising business to include tier one and tier two client partners

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in digital media sales, with a strong focus on automotive
  • OEMs, agencies, or tiered dealer marketing
  • Proven success in building and growing partnerships with leading automakers and agency teams
  • Deep understanding of automotive advertising trends, including shopper journeys, programmatic buying, and cross-platform marketing
  • Proven track record of building strategic functional roadmaps
  • Cultural leader and excellent cross-functional leader
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate digital media strategies into actionable business solutions
  • Passion for the evolving CTV media landscape and how automotive brands can leverage real-time engagement
  • BA / BS degree or equivalent experience
