About the Role:
We are searching for a PM to own our mobile app experience and be responsible for helping our viewers discover and enjoy great content. Are you passionate about consumer mobile experiences? Do you obsess over UX details? Do you enjoy rapidly iterating and learning from experimentation? If so, we want to hear your ideas for building a compelling mobile entertainment destination.

In this role, you will set the overall direction for our mobile app experience and lead a cross-functional team of designers, engineers, and data scientists. You will partner with and influence peer teams working on growth, personalization, content curation, asset creation, and ad monetization.

This is a hybrid role in our San Francisco office.

What You'll Do:
Set the overall direction for our mobile app experience
Scope and execute on multiple tracks of experimentation
Lead a large cross-functional team building across Android, iOS and machine learning
Partner closely with content and creative teams to open up new assets and types of content to leverage in the app
Regularly communicate upwards and outwards what your team is learning, and how/where that is influencing your strategy
Consult with other teams building adjacent features in the mobile app

Your Background:
7-10 years experience in product management, particularly with consumer-facing mobile products
Strong expertise in product experimentation, with the ability to break down a big-picture vision into testable hypotheses
Analytical mindset - comfortable digging into multiple sets of metrics, defining clear decision frameworks, and extracting underlying learnings from test results
Deep understanding of UX principles, with a passion for the finer details
Experience working across Android and iOS platforms, including phone and tablet form factors
Experience with consumer video and/or entertainment products is a plus
