Job Description

Tubi is seeking a visionary Automation Testing Manager to lead the development and execution of testing strategies that ensure our world-class video-on-demand service meets the highest quality standards. In this role, you will collaborate with QA, development, and product teams to drive automation initiatives, enhance test coverage, and improve efficiency across a variety of platforms, including web, mobile, and OTT. You’ll play a key role in building and maintaining robust automation frameworks, optimizing testing processes, and mentoring a talented team of automation testing engineers.

Responsibilities

Develop a comprehensive automation testing strategy aligned with Tubi's streaming architecture and business needs. Design and optimize automation testing processes, tools, and standards to ensure high-quality delivery across development and production. Lead the creation and maintenance of cross-platform automation testing frameworks (web, iOS, Android, smart TV). Manage and mentor the automation testing team, setting goals, allocating tasks, and tracking progress.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Over 10 years of experience in software testing, with at least 3 years of experience leading testing projects. Familiar with mainstream automation testing frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium, Puppeteer, TestNG, PyTest, Jest, Allure) and knowledgeable about precision testing and performance testing methodologies. Proficient in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Javascript or Python). Excellent English communication skills.
