Join our Houston Galleria team as a FT Stock Supervisor for 30-40 hours per week, with shifts that include weekdays and weekends.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Stock Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the stock room with precision and efficiency to support smooth operations in the store. You will ensure stock levels are maintained on the shop floor, driving sales and profitability by making sure the right product is available to customers. Your role will include receiving, organizing, and storing deliveries in a timely manner, ensuring seamless stock management that contributes to a superior shopping experience. You will also uphold all company Health and Safety standards, maintaining a safe environment for both colleagues and customers.

Who We’re Looking For

· Ability to provide an inviting and welcoming atmosphere for our customers to experience our product in a relaxed and elegant environment.

· Liaise with the relevant teams to ensure stock levels remain high and product is available for customers on the shop floor.

· Recognize the importance of stock presentation and availability to support the overall customer experience and the profitability of the store.

· Receive, check, and organize deliveries efficiently, ensuring all products are stored correctly and made available to the sales floor promptly.

· Competent in managing computerized stock system and maintain accurate stock documentation, ensuring all records are up-to-date and compliant with company policies.

· Follow all stock control procedures, ensuring that stock loss remains at or below the 1% target.
