Jaffe & Peritz LLP is a long-established, boutique law firm in downtown Toronto. We practice in the areas of bankruptcy & insolvency, commercial litigation and corporate-commercial law.

We have a long history of successful U of T placements with our firm. We are looking for a 3rd-4th year student to work part time in our office about 10 hours per week.

Duties includes basic clerical work such as filing, closing files, digitizing files, preparing correspondence, assembling pleadings for court, and preparing corporate documents.

The successful candidate will possess excellent computer and writing skills and strong attention to detail. Experience with advanced document editing software will be an asset. Previous law firm experience is not necessary. We provide all training.
