As the Vice President, Human Resources, you will play a critical role in shaping and driving Antenna Group’s people strategy. You will be responsible for fostering a dynamic and collaborative workplace that attracts, engages, and retains top talent while ensuring alignment with our business objectives. As a strategic advisor to the leadership team and the primary point of contact for our employees, you will champion a culture of transparency, equity, and growth. This role requires a people-first leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and brings deep expertise in HR strategy, employee engagement, and organizational development.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Talent Acquisition & Retention
Lead recruiting efforts to attract top talent across all levels, ensuring a diverse and high-performing workforce.
Develop and implement talent retention strategies that align with Antenna Group’s culture and business needs.
Partner with department heads to forecast hiring needs and develop strategic workforce planning initiatives.
Employee Experience & Engagement
Serve as the primary point of contact for employees, ensuring a supportive and responsive HR function.
Provide strategic leadership for the Antenna Collective, our combined Culture and DEIA team, ensuring initiatives and programming reflect and strengthen our values, foster belonging, and support a vibrant, inclusive workplace culture.
Plan and implement initiatives that engage both hybrid and fully remote staff through connection, recognition, and shared experiences—ensuring a cohesive culture that bridges geographic and schedule differences.
Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring seamless transitions and a positive employee experience.
HR Strategy & Leadership
Provide strategic counsel to the executive team on people-related matters.
Oversee performance management cycles, feedback, and career development programs.
Collaborate with leadership to implement policies and programs that enhance company culture and employee satisfaction.
Work closely with operations and leadership teams on resource management, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness.
Compensation, Benefits & HR Operations
Manage compensation structures and benefits programs to ensure market competitiveness and alignment with company goals.
Collaborate with finance and department leads on compensation planning to ensure competitive and equitable pay structures.
Work closely with the finance team on payroll processing.
Lead the management of the HRIS system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all HR processes.
Oversee the administration of employee leave policies in partnership with an external vendor.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and best practices across North American and European operations.
Serve as the HR lead for vendor management related to benefits, payroll, and HR services in North America and Europe.
QUALIFICATIONS
10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Agency experience preferred.
Experience using and optimizing Rippling, Greenhouse, Culture Amp, or similar HR technology platforms.
Expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation, and benefits.
Strong knowledge of employment laws and compliance requirements in the U.S. (experience with Canadian and European HR practices is a plus).
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels.
