Job Description
1. Enterprise Relationship Management: Drive cross-business unit engagement and coordination with business unit teams, functional partners, and corporate groups to support key strategic priorities for the broader organization (e.g. disruption, trade-off discussions, etc.) Be the liaison between Cross Business Unit teams, functional partners and corporate groups to encourage effective collaboration and improve end to end processes and delivery Foster strong, collaborative relationships across the enterprise to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Monitor overall cross-business strategic priorities and our progress against key goals; Pro-actively raise critical -issues or opportunities to improve cross-business performance Collaborate with senior leadership to translate strategic plans into actionable goals for performance and growth. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of projects. Ensure compliance with corporate policies and regulations, and drive process improvements where necessary. Act as Chief of Staff for quarterly meetings with Business Enablement & Talent teams. Prepare agendas, coordinate meeting logistics, and ensure follow-up on action items.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. 8+ years of experience in business alignment, strategic planning, or a related role. Proven track record of driving enterprise-level initiatives and managing cross-functional teams. Exceptional project management skills, with a strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks. Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships at all levels of the organization. Experience working in a consulting or professional services environment is a plus.
