We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vice President of Finance to lead our financial operations and strategy. Duties

• Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and standards such as IFRS.
• Lead the development of financial strategies to support organizational goals.
• Manage accounts payable processes to ensure timely payments and accurate record-keeping.
• Conduct balance sheet reconciliation to maintain accurate financial statements.
• Implement effective cost management practices to optimize resource allocation.
• Utilize financial software to enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence.
• Collaborate with other departments to align financial goals with operational objectives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a senior finance role, preferably as a Vice President or similar position.
• Strong knowledge of technical accounting principles and practices.
• Experience with cost management strategies and regulatory reporting requirements.
• Proficiency in IFRS and other relevant financial concepts.
• Exceptional forecasting skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience managing finance teams.
• Familiarity with accounts payable processes and best practices.
• Proficient in using various financial software applications for analysis and reporting.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
